RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love what you ordered. All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges*, or refunds. This policy applies to holiday sales, special promotions, and items bought with discount codes.
*DAMAGED EXCHANGES
If your order is damaged or misprinted upon arrival, please send us an email with pictures to kingdomroyalteellc@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has been completed, refunds and cancellations are not allowed, even if the order has not been shipped yet. This policy ensures that our processing and delivery system operates smoothly and efficiently, providing the best possible service to all of our customers. Thank you for understanding and for choosing to shop with us. We are committed to making your shopping experience enjoyable and seamless.
SHIPPING
Since our products are made on demand, processing and shipping will take 2 to 4 weeks. Processing time begins the next business day following when the order was placed.
PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will investigate if the other part of your order is still in transit or if we need to reship your item.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If a package shows as delivered but you have not received it, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company. If the claim proves that the order was lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will have the order re-made and re-shipped. We must be notified no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE
Regrettably, our software does not permit adjustments to prices for finalized purchases. Once an order has been confirmed, it is not possible for either party to make changes after submission. We kindly advise you to ensure that all information is accurate before finalizing your order, including the discount code.
